What is your returns or satisfaction policy if my cat will not eat Wundercat?
We cannot accept returns on delivered food for safety reasons, but we will always help you find a solution.
We understand some cats take time with new food. For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns on any food once it has been delivered, including unopened pouches, because we cannot verify storage conditions after it leaves us.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. You do not need to return the food. A one-time order can be cancelled for a full refund before it is dispatched.
If your cat is hesitant, that is usually first-food caution rather than dislike. Reach out and we will help you adjust the transition before you consider any changes to your plan.
