How is Wundercat delivered if it is frozen?
Orders travel in temperature-controlled vehicles and insulated packaging to stay frozen in transit.
Orders are delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles to keep the pouches solid in transit, even in UAE summer temperatures. If no one is available to receive the delivery, it is left in an insulated box at your door.
Move the pouches into your freezer as soon as you can after the delivery arrives, then transfer portions to the fridge as you need them.
